Terms and conditions

Welcome to Master Plan Retreat. By booking and participating in any of our retreats or ceremonies, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These guidelines ensure safety, clarity, respect, and integrity for all participants and staff.

1. Missed Bookings & Cancellation Policy

Master Plan Retreat aims to provide high-quality, individualized shamanic and medical care in a respectful and timely manner. We do our best to accommodate participant schedules and accept last-minute bookings when sufficient time remains for required pre-retreat preparations.

All bookings and cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Verbal notice is not valid.

Because missed bookings or late cancellations impact our staff, shamans, and the availability of spaces for other participants, we ask for timely communication whenever possible.

Refund Policy

If a cancellation is received:

  • More than 30 days before the retreat:
    50% deposit is fully reimbursed.

  • 15–29 days before the retreat:
30% of the deposit is reimbursed.

  • 5–14 days before the retreat:
50% of the deposit is reimbursed.

  • 4 days or fewer before the retreat:
    No reimbursement will be provided.

After the Retreat Begins

No refund will be issued if:

  • the retreat has already started,

  • the participant decides to leave early,

  • or the participant is deemed unfit to participate at any point during the retreat.

Rescheduling

If a retreat must be rescheduled due to circumstances beyond the control or responsibility of Master Plan Retreat, participants may transfer their booking to future available dates, provided written notice is submitted within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Participant Responsibilities

2.1. Communication & Honesty

For safety, participants must provide complete and truthful information in all health forms, especially concerning:

  • medication or drug use

  • mental health history

  • physical conditions

  • trauma history

Although Master Plan Retreat is a judgment-free environment, we reserve the right to refuse participation for safety reasons, including (but not limited to):

  • pregnancy

  • severe heart conditions or pacemakers

  • diagnosed severe mental illnesses (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)

  • certain blood disorders

Participants must complete the Master Plan Retreat 7-Phases of Patient Health & Safety, which are mandatory for participation. Participants who do not complete all phases will not be admitted.

If a participant is deemed unfit to continue at any moment—before or during the retreat—or is found in possession of prohibited items, they will not be able to participate, and no refund will be issued.

We encourage participants to voice questions or concerns promptly so our team may assist effectively.

3. Booking Policy

To maintain individualized care and proper attention, we limit the number of participants per retreat.

  • Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 50% deposit.

  • Once the deposit is received, participants will receive a written confirmation securing their reservation.

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the start of the retreat.

  • Retreats cannot begin unless payment has been fully completed.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are asked to begin their retreat with:

  • commitment

  • respect

  • an open mind

  • an open heart

Safety, healing, and mutual respect must remain the focus at all times. This includes respect for:

  • oneself

  • other participants

To maintain safety, the retreat is strictly free of:

  • alcohol

  • oral contraceptives

  • other plant medicines or herbal remedies

Bringing or using prohibited substances results in immediate removal from the retreat without refund.

5. Confidentiality

Participants Agree To:

  • Not discuss their ceremony experiences with new participants.

  • Not share details of others’ experiences without express written consent.

  • Not mention names or identifying details of any participant in public or private content (including blogs, vlogs, reviews, or social media).

  • Participants must respect others’ boundaries, privacy needs, and post-retreat preferences, which may include requests for minimal contact.
