At Master Plan Retreat, safety and wellbeing are fundamental aspects of the container we create for every participant. For this reason, our retreats are supported by a dedicated medical professional who carefully oversees the health and safety of the space.
Before each retreat, all participants complete a detailed health and preparation form that is personally reviewed by our retreat physician, Dr. Clarena Díaz Urueta. This process allows us to assess medical history, medications, and any conditions that may require special attention, ensuring that participation is both responsible and appropriate for each individual.
During the retreat, Dr. Clarena remains present to provide medical support and oversight throughout the ceremonies. With her background in emergency medicine and toxicology, as well as years of experience working in high-intensity humanitarian contexts with Médecins Sans Frontières, she brings both clinical expertise and a deeply compassionate presence.
Her role is not to medicalize the experience, but to safeguard it. By holding the medical responsibility of the space, she allows participants, facilitators, and the medicines themselves to work within a container that is grounded, responsible, and carefully supported.

I’m Samantha Silvany — a modern medicine woman, shamanic ceremony guide, holistic therapist, and best-selling author.
My journey did not begin from certainty or clarity. It began more than ten years ago, in a moment when I truly believed everything had fallen apart. What I did not know then is that this moment would become the threshold that led me here — and, perhaps, to you.
By turning inward and meeting my own shadows with honesty, I was introduced to holistic and therapeutic approaches that bridge psychology, neuroscience, and spirituality. What began as a personal search gradually became a deep process of self-understanding and integration.
Later, when the call of Ayahuasca arrived, it did not replace this path — it expanded it. The medicine did not offer escape or answers, but responsibility. It invited me into a deeper level of awareness, where I could interrupt cycles of self-sabotage, understand the roots of my emotional and material patterns, and fully inhabit my own story with maturity and truth.
From this lived experience, Master Plan Retreats in Europe were born — not as an idea, but as a space shaped by devotion, discernment, and integration.
My work is dedicated to guiding those who feel called back to themselves during moments of transition. I do this by integrating holistic therapies, trauma-aware understanding, and ancestral forest medicines within a conscious, ethical, and well-held container.
