If someone had told me years ago that I would become a holistic therapist, ceremonial guide, and bestselling author, I would not have believed them.
Our pain were the midwife of our gifts.
The loneliness of my childhood brought me to the spiritual world earlier than most. Watching myself repeat the same patterns, even when I understood them, is what made me answer Mama Ayahuasca’s call. And the discomfort of facing my own shadows is what led me to specialize in integrative trauma therapy.
I was born clairvoyant. Revelations came through dreams before I had words for them. By ten years old, I was reading oracle cards. Spirituality was never something I found. It found me first, and I spent years learning to serve what it was asking of me through tarot, pendulum, and Kabbalah, each one a way of listening to what most people have learned to stop hearing.
But when Mama Aya called, I knew this was different. Not another tool to learn, not another layer of understanding. The call of the Divine Great Mother, a presence that receives her children exactly as they are. Through that encounter, I learned that healing does not mean correcting or transcending the human experience. It means meeting it with compassion.
Master Plan Retreat was born from that.
Over seven years as a trauma-informed therapist, my training integrates psychoanalysis, Family Systemic Constellation, IFS, Compassionate Inquiry with Dr. Gabor Maté, Somatic Experience, Breathwork, and Mindfulness, where I guide deep processes of consciousness transformation in individual sessions and at Master Plan Retreat.
In this space, your process is respected, your rhythm is honored, and your story is neither rushed nor avoided. Healing begins when you choose to meet yourself with honesty and commitment. Because you are the medicine, and you always have been.
With love and gratitude,
